A beach within walking distance
The first beach to discover when staying at Casa Nola is also the easiest to reach: Pinus Village. The sea is approximately 200 metres from the house on foot, so you can head down in the morning, come back for a break and return as the light softens later in the day.
Santa Margherita di Pula combines sandy stretches, smaller coves and Mediterranean greenery. This is a coast worth enjoying slowly. Always check the wind, waves and current bathing conditions before entering the water.
Santa Margherita di Pula and its coves
You can explore different parts of the Santa Margherita coastline, including areas known as Cala Bernardini. The Sardinia regional tourism portal describes a sequence of beaches interrupted by rocky headlands and pine woods. Parking, pedestrian access and facilities vary by location, so check local signs.

Rather than racing between beaches, choose a stretch of coastline and give yourself time to enjoy it. Bring drinking water, sun protection and comfortable footwear.
Su Giudeu: wide sands and dunes at Chia
Heading west to Chia, in the municipality of Domus de Maria, the scenery opens into pale sand, dunes and coastal wetlands. Su Giudeu is known for its little offshore islet and long sandy shore. It is popular in summer, so an early start can make your day easier.
Protect this fragile landscape by using permitted paths and leaving sand, shells and plants where they belong. Even shallow-looking water needs caution when wind and sea conditions change.
Cala Cipolla: a smaller bay
Cala Cipolla lies beyond Su Giudeu, tucked between granite headlands and Mediterranean vegetation. You reach the cove on foot from the parking area, so plan for a short walk and take what you need for the day.
Walking enthusiasts can look into marked routes towards Capo Spartivento. In hot weather, avoid setting out on exposed paths at midday.
Tuerredda: check the access rules
Tuerredda, further west in the municipality of Teulada, is a spectacular beach with a practical detail you should not overlook. Summer entry has been managed through seasonal restrictions and advance booking in recent years.
Check spiaggiatuerredda.it for the rules applying to your exact date. Do not rely on booking fees, dates or daily quotas from a previous summer: these may change.
A relaxed beach holiday from Casa Nola
Mix easy beach days on foot at Pinus Village with day trips to Chia; plan Tuerredda separately if the access arrangements work for you. Driving times depend on summer traffic, parking and your chosen entrance.

Bring water, sun protection and suitable shoes, respect the dune systems and stay flexible. Sometimes the most memorable beach is the one you can reach from home without starting the car.
